Summary

Join our team as a Dental Receptionist at our location in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring smooth front desk operations and supporting our mission to achieve necessary certifications for expanding our capabilities. Please, do not apply unless you have DENTAL experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Manage scheduling of laboratory cases and shipping and local delivery Handle multi-line phone systems to coordinate communication. Maintain accurate electronic dental records and case entry and billing Support administrative tasks and assist team leaders Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless office environment. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations. Provide exceptional customer service Drivers license required for occasional delivery of laboratory products

Qualifications

Proven experience as a dental receptionist or dental assistant Strong knowledge of dental terminology. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively. Prior experience in a dental office required Demonstrated administrative skills with attention to detail. Professional demeanor and ability to be a team player Maintain a clean and organized work environment Ability to adapt and schedule
