Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
Manage phone calls, emails, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries
Process billing, insurance claims, and payments accurately
Maintain and update digital patient records using dental software
Coordinate recall and reactivation programs to maintain patient flow
Support clinical and administrative team members as needed
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a general dental office in Ontario (required)
Experience with Tracker and/or Max Assist software (an asset)
Working knowledge of insurance breakdowns, patient auditing and effective scheduling
A proven track record of effective recalls and patient retention
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional, punctual, and adaptable in a busy environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital communication tools
Friendly, positive, and motivated to provide an exceptional patient experience
Schedule, Job Type & Working Location
Full-time, in-office position
Must be willing and able to work a flexible 7-day work week, including evening hours, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays
Availability for a variety of shifts within our clinic hours:
Dental Office Administration: 2 years (required)
Tracker or Max Assist software: 1 year (preferred)
