We are currently looking for a skilled Dental Lab Technician/Designer to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about dental technology and innovation.?
Job Responsibilities
Design and develop customized dental surgical guides using advanced CAD software and 3D printing technologies, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and alignment with patient-specific anatomical and surgical needs.
Design, fabricate, modify or repair Night Guards using digital techniques.
Produce and test prototypes of surgical guides, analyze performance, and implement improvements based on validation and clinical input.
Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards. Maintain meticulous documentation for all design and development processes.
Research on the latest advancements in dental technologies, surgical planning, and design techniques. Actively contribute to research and development initiatives.
Provide technical support and guidance to dental professionals regarding the use and implementation of surgical guides. Resolve inquiries related to design, functionality, and clinical integration.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical or dental device design. Experience with surgical guides or Night Guards is required.
Proficiency in CAD software such as 3Shape, SolidWorks, or ExoCAD, along with hands-on experience in 3D printing applications.
Holding or working towards Certified Dental Technician (CDT) designation is an asse
Solid understanding of dental anatomy, implantology, and clinical workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to precision and quality in design.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts and collaborate effectively with clinical partners.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
