Registered Dental Hygienist

to join our friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough dental cleanings including scaling, root planing, and polishing. Conduct oral health assessments and assist in treatment planning. Take and process digital radiographs (X-rays). Recording of probe depths, recession, BOP, for accurate diagnosis and maintenance of periodontal disease Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records and charting in compliance with provincial regulations. Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness according to IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) protocols. Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor and report on patient progress and oral health conditions. Stay up to date with current hygiene techniques, procedures, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Must be a

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

in good standing with the

College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)

. Valid CPR certification. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and patient care. Experience with electronic dental record systems (Dentrix) is an asset.

Arabic speaking is an asset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
