We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visits. As a Dental Hygienist, you will work closely with dentists and other dental professionals to promote oral health and educate patients on proper dental hygiene practices.
Duties
Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and preventive care.
Assist in the management of patient records using Dentrix software.
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and questions.
Experience
Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in a dental office setting, particularly with pediatric patients, is a plus.
Strong customer service skills are essential for fostering positive patient relationships.
Knowledge of dental assisting practices is beneficial for collaboration within the team.
