Our Values
Values alignment is non-negotiable. It's how we protect and nurture the culture our team has built. As a hygienist here, your role is shaped not only by clinical excellence but by the values we all live every day.
All-In Ownership
- We take full responsibility and never say "not my job." We recognize that we're all working towards a common goal.
High Agency Resolve
- We don't wait for answers--we figure it out and keep going. You understand that you're in charge of your OP.
Sincere, Not Serious
- We take our work seriously, not ourselves :)
These values aren't just posters on a wall. They're the reason our staff feels trusted and empowered. You own your room, your flow, and your impact. We give you the time you need to do it right--with proper cleanings, thorough assessments, and genuine patient relationships. You're not rushed, and your voice matters in how we shape care.
With flexible scheduling and available chair time, you're empowered to customize treatment plans that actually work for your patients--without 9-month+ long waits.
And because we take our work seriously--but not ourselves--you'll be part of a team that supports one another with open communication, light-hearted moments, and mutual respect. Just people who care deeply about what they do, and each other. We trust you to bring initiative, clinical judgment, and authenticity into every interaction.
In this role, you'll deliver high-quality hygiene care, support long-term treatment plans, and help patients build habits that transform their health. If you're ready to be part of a growing office where you're respected, given the time you need, and surrounded by genuinely good people, we can't wait to meet you.
