We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. Duties
Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Assist the dentist during procedures by providing necessary tools and support.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Collaborate with orthodontics and pediatrics teams to provide specialized care when necessary.
Address patient concerns with excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Skills
Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and knowledge of medical terminology.
Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
Experience or interest in orthodontics and pediatrics is highly desirable.
