-Conduct Comprehensive Patient Assessments: Accurately assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each patient to ensure optimal oral health outcomes.
-Deliver Preventative Hygiene Services: Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride application, pit and fissure sealants, and teeth whitening treatments.
-Educate on Oral Health: Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques, providing personalized counseling, and promoting ongoing oral health awareness.
-Build and Maintain Patient Relationships: Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering personalized care that aligns with each patient\'s expectations, while consistently upholding ethical and professional standards.Qualifications
The Dental Hygienist must:Have a Dental Hygiene Diploma from an accredited dental hygiene school.
Hold a valid dental hygienist license.
Have experience working in a dental office.
Be proficient in using dental software systems (e.g., AbelDent, Tracker, Dentrix, Epic).
Enjoy learning and contributing to providing the best patient care.Licence/Certification:Dental Hygiene Diploma from an accredited dental hygiene school.
