We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting good oral health practices. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dental office environment.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages, including pediatrics. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the Tracker system. Assist the dentist during procedures as necessary, including orthodontics treatments. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure patient safety and comfort. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience and retention. Stay updated on the latest dental practices, technologies, and medical terminology.

Qualifications

Valid provincial license to practice as a Dental Hygienist. Experience in a dental office setting is preferred; familiarity with Tracker software is a plus. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
