Job Description

:

We are a friendly dental office that has been serving the Courtice community for over 20 years. We are currently looking for a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist. This position offers approximately 20 hours per week, which includes every other Saturday (optional)

The hours are as follows: Mon 3-7, Tue 9-7, Wed 3-7, Mon 9-7, Tue 9-7, Wed 3-7 and alternating Sat 9-3

You will be paid regardless if there is open time in your schedule

Responsibilities

Provide dental hygiene care, including teeth cleaning, scaling and root planing, polishing, fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, periodontal charting, xrays. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care. Work closely with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with the CDHO. CPR Certified Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Familiarity with Tracker a bonus
