We have an immediate opening for a Front Desk Administrator to join our incredible dental team. Successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience with Power Practice software and two years dental front end reception / management. This position requires a reliable self starter with the ability to manage many competing priorities efficiently. Competitive wages to be discussed during interview. Ortho experience a bonus.
Responsibilities
Greet patients as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
Answer phone calls promptly and handle inquiries regarding services, appointments, and patient accounts.
Maintain accurate patient records
Process patient intake forms and verify insurance information.
Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing.
Preauthorizing treatment plans, scheduling, following up
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office.
Requirements
Two years experience in dental management / front desk management and 2 years working with Power Practice is a must.
Ability to seamlessly prioritize workflow
Dedication to the position.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with phone systems and front desk administrative duties.
A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding patient service.
Ability to work Monday to Thursday from 8-5 as well as the occasional Friday from 8-1
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.50-$31.00 per hour
