Job Description

The Dental Clinic Administrator supports the administrative and client relations functions of the clinic. This role works closely with the Clinic Coordinator, Education Manager, and clinical instructors to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations.

Key responsibilities include scheduling and maintaining client appointments, managing client records and payments, and ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up with clients.





The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and abilities:

Strong office administration skills Strong computer skills Customer Service Fluent in English and French- verbal and written- preferred Very Organized Excellent Interpersonal Skills Ability to multitask Work in a fast paced environment
