Your Journey Starts Here - Key Responsibilities:
Admin Responsibilities:
Optimize the appointment schedule to ensure a complete, efficient day with minimal gaps.
Handle patient calls and inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude, including appointment confirmations and modifications.
Manage potential cancellations and encourage patients to keep their scheduled appointments.
Process patient billing, accept payments, and submit insurance claims and predeterminations.
Collect outstanding balances professionally and courteously.
Maintain an accurate patient recall system and database.
Process referral letters and patient correspondence promptly.
Organize and file patient records and charts accurately.
Coordinate lab cases efficiently.
Manage the office social media posts.
Clinical Support responsibilities:
Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments/equipment to strict safety standards.
Maintain sterilization logs and equipment compliance.
Prep treatment rooms and organize clinical inventory.
Manage sterilization supply orders and maintain a tidy clinical workspace.
As you progress, you will take on more advanced RDA duties under the guidance of our team.

Bonus Qualifications (Not Required):
Previous experience as a dental sterilization technician or in a dental office.
