Southwest Specialty Group is looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (Level II) to join our team!
Join a leading prosthodontic specialist in Winnipeg, providing advanced restorative and cosmetic care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. We are seeking a Level II Registered Dental Assistant to support a dual-location practice -- both clinics are within a 5-minute drive of each other and offer a consistent, structured weekly schedule.
You'll work side-by-side with a prosthodontic specialist and alongside another experienced assistant, supporting complex dental procedures including crowns, bridges, dentures, implant-supported restorations, and full-mouth reconstructions.
Key Responsibilities
Chairside assisting during advanced prosthodontic procedures including implant-supported restorations, fixed/removable prostheses, and full-mouth reconstructions
Maintain a calm, caring, and professional atmosphere for all patients
Take high-quality dental radiographs and digital scans as needed
Sterilize instruments and maintain treatment rooms in compliance with infection prevention protocols
Prepare materials and equipment for procedures and surgeries
Accurately document treatment notes and patient medical history
Assist in coordinating appointments and lab case logistics
Collaborate closely with the prosthodontist and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
What We're Looking For
Registered Dental Assistant - Level II (Phase 2 certification required)
Proven experience
assisting in a dental specialty (prosthodontics experience is a strong asset)
Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Professional, reliable, and committed to continuous learning

Monday:
8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Tuesday:
2:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Wednesday:
8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Thursday:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
