We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise and excellent interpersonal skill. As a Dental Assistant, you will assist in various procedures, manage patient records, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the practice.

Duties

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and available. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist. Provide patient education post-operative care. Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of the treatment area in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently. Certification in dental assisting is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is required. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
