Job Description
Mississauga Dental Clinic looking for Certified Dental Assistant. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with your work experience and training level. BENEFITS AVAILABLE. Mandarin/Cantonese will be an asset. Duties: - Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Perform dental charting and maintain accurate medical records
- Assist with medical documentation and coding
- Conduct patient assessments and record vital signs
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide support to patients, including scheduling appointments and answering questions Qualifications: - Completion of an accredited dental assistant program preferred
- X-ray certification required
- Knowledge of medical coding and electronic health records systems (Epic, CAD) preferred
- Experience working in a pediatric dental setting is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour Benefits:
