to join our growing dental team. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, organized, and comfortable working on select Wednesdays and occasional Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during clinical procedures, including instrument handling and chairside support.
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control standards.
Take high-quality digital radiographs (if certified).
Record patient information accurately and update charts.
Provide clear pre- and post-operative instructions to patients.
Manage patient flow and support smooth daily operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of operatory and sterilization areas.
Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of dental supplies.
Follow all practice policies, sterilization protocols, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Certified Level I or Level II Dental Assistant (CDA I / CDA II).
HARP certification preferred (if taking X-rays).
Experience in a dental office is an asset but not required for the right candidate.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Professional, punctual, and team-oriented.
