We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our dental team, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while delivering exceptional patient care. Duties

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic. Sterilize instruments and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow in the office. Support front desk operations as needed, including handling phone calls and patient inquiries. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Experience

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in dental assisting or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and medical terminology is advantageous. Proficiency in using CAD software for dental procedures is a plus. Experience with dental receptionist duties, including appointment scheduling, is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients of all ages. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
