Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the dental team by providing exceptional patient care, assisting with procedures, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Duties

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a safe and efficient environment Assist the dentist during various procedures, including orthodontic and pediatric treatments Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology when necessary Manage patient records using software systems accurately Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries, acting as a dental receptionist when needed Maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental procedures Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards at all times Support the team with lab duties, including impression taking and appliance fabrication

Experience

Prior experience in dental assisting is preferred, with familiarity in orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry procedures Knowledge of dental software is highly desirable Experience working with CAD technology for digital impressions or restorations is a plus Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry and oral health care Previous experience in a clinical setting supporting both pediatric and adult patients is advantageous
