We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. Experience with dental software such as Abledent, along with knowledge of itero, will be highly valued. Duties

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments in accordance with safety protocols Assist dentists during a variety of procedures, including orthodontic and pediatric treatments Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology when necessary Manage patient records using dental software such as Epic and Dentrix Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns throughout their visit Support front desk operations by handling patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, and managing medical terminology documentation Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to infection control standards

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred, especially familiarity with Abledent and Itero Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry procedures is advantageous Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages are essential Basic understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental care is desirable

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.78-$28.40 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 26 per week
