-- and while we may be a little biased, we genuinely believe we're one of the best places to work.
We're on a mission to help our community care for their smiles, and we're looking for someone special to join our clinical team -- someone who brings warmth, calm, and a strong sense of organization to every patient interaction.
Before we get too excited, here's the full picture:
First, the not-so-fun stuff:
This is not a remote position. You'll be working in our studio, supporting both patients and the team in person.
Level II dental assisting certification is required. Familiarity with Oryx and digital workflows is an asset, but not mandatory.
It's a fast-paced, hands-on role. Some days will be busier than others, and we'll count on you to stay composed, organized, and proactive.
Now, the good stuff:
You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team. We genuinely enjoy working together -- and you'll feel that from day one.
You'll make people feel seen, heard, and cared for -- whether chairside or during patient flow coordination.
Cross-training and flexibility are part of our culture. Your ability to support patients from entry to treatment will make a meaningful impact.
Your ideas and voice matter here -- we're building something new, and your input helps shape it.
Clear, open communication -- always.
What you'll be doing:
Assist the dentist during clinical procedures with a calm and confident presence
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments to the highest standards
Support patient intake and treatment coordination before and after appointments
Confirm and manage appointments and daily flow to keep the schedule on track
Answer occasional patient inquiries and support light front-desk tasks when needed
Ensure infection control protocols are followed at all times
Maintain a clean, welcoming environment throughout the clinic
What we're looking for:
Level II Certified Dental Assistant in good standing
Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Excellent communication skills -- both verbal and written
Comfort with technology and digital charting (we'll train you on specifics)
A natural team player who's willing to go the extra mile to create a great patient experience
Someone who takes pride in creating a smooth, seamless clinic environment
To apply:
Because we care about attention to detail, please include the following phrase in the subject line of your application email:
"I'm ready to make smiles happen"
We're looking to bring someone on board as soon as possible -- but we're also committed to finding the right fit. If you can already picture yourself in a beautiful space, helping patients feel at ease while working alongside a passionate team, we can't wait to meet you.
