This is not a remote job.

You'll be working in our studio, welcoming patients in person.

Dental front desk experience is an asset but not a requirement.

What matters most is your positive attitude and attention to detail. We'll teach you the rest.

What you'll be doing:

Greet patients warmly and make them feel at ease Answer phone calls and emails with a smile in your voice Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar Handle patient intake and billing accurately Coordinate with our clinical team to keep things running smoothly Maintain a tidy, welcoming front office
What we're looking for:

Friendly, energetic, and reliable Excellent attention to detail Comfortable with computer systems (we'll train you!) Loves helping people and creating a welcoming environment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Organized and able to multitask gracefully
