Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented

Dental Assistant

with a primary focus on

instrument sterilization and infection control

. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate will also assist chairside and help with clinical duties when needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform all sterilization and infection control procedures in compliance with guidelines Maintain sterilization equipment and logs Prepare and organize instruments and treatment rooms for procedures Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care as needed Monitor and manage inventory of sterilization and clinical supplies Support smooth daily operations and teamwork across the practice

Qualifications:

Dental Assistant certification preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
