Join the Monarch Dentistry Team!

We are looking for exceptional team members to join our Brantford location! The ideal candidates for our clinic are enthusiastic multi-taskers who value teamwork and strive to provide outstanding care to our valued patients.

Required:

Certified Dental Assistant Level 2 + National Dental Assisting Examining Board (NDAEB)

Responsibilities:

Support dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials. Assist dentists during procedures by passing instruments and materials. Disinfect operatories and sterilize instruments. Update and maintain patient dental records. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Provide support to dentists and staff as needed, including backup for reception duties when required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Previous dental assisting experience preferred. Successful completion of a Dental Assisting Certificate is preferred. Level 2 and HARP certification required. Valid CPR certification. Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Punctual and reliable. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and respond to diverse patient needs. Experience with dental practice management software (such as Dentrix) is considered an asset.
