Position Details

Full-time Three day shifts and two evening shifts No weekends

What You'll Do

Welcome patients with a friendly, professional smile and set the tone for an exceptional visit Manage scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups with efficiency and care Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payments accurately Keep front-desk operations running smoothly throughout the day Collaborate closely with administrative and clinical team members to support seamless, high-quality patient care

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-centered mindset Organized, dependable, and calm in a fast-paced environment A warm, upbeat personality with a team-first attitude Someone who genuinely cares about people and is eager to grow with us
