Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday -

7:30AM to 3:30PM

What You'll Do

Welcome patients with a genuine, friendly smile and set the tone for an excellent visit Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups with efficiency and care Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payments with accuracy Keep front desk operations running smoothly throughout the day Work closely with other administrator and clinical team to support seamless, high-quality patient care

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 year of dental administration experience Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach Organized, dependable, and able to remain calm and positive in a busy environment A warm, upbeat personality and a team-first attitude Someone who truly cares about people and wants to grow with us
