Dental Treatment Coordinator - Deep SE Calgary

Are you an energetic, people-loving multitasker who enjoys making patients feel comfortable and cared for? We're looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly, fast-paced team in Deep SE Calgary!

Our ideal candidate is organized, confident discussing treatment plans, and brings a positive attitude to everything they do. You'll play a key role in ensuring our patients have a smooth and welcoming experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate and present treatment plans with professionalism and care Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and patient communication Create a warm, welcoming environment for every patient who walks through the door Support our clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
