Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Demolition Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safety and efficiency of a crew that is dismantling structures and removing materials in preparation for new construction or renovation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Safely operate power tools and hand tools to dismantle structures, including walls, floors, and ceilings. Perform concrete removal tasks to ensure proper surfaces for new installations. Assist in restoring areas post-demolition to prepare for construction projects. Ensure plumbing and electrical systems are properly removed or adjusted as necessary during demolition. Collaborate with management and the Operations manager to estimate project timelines and material needs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in demolition or construction-related fields is preferred. Proficient in the use of various power tools and hand tools related to demolition work. Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction environments. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods while working on-site. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting. MUST have own vehicle and a working phone with data plan

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
