Job Description


Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Primary owner of the Sales and Operations Process. Responsible for meeting preparation; presentation of consolidated and accurate information along with well-articulated messaging to support and drive right discussion, decisions and actions.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for creation and maintenance of the rolling sales forecast in Logility.

\xc2\xb7 Identify process improvements opportunities and recommend solutions. Act as a change agent/ leader to improve Sales and Operations Process.

\xc2\xb7 Lead CPFR collaboration meetings with key customers

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for monitoring KPIs including forecast accuracy, collect, manipulate, and analyze data to understand issues/gaps to targets and lead initiatives to improve.

\xc2\xb7 Document, review, and evaluate business planning assumptions and provide feedback for improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Be the expert and single point of contact for demand planning and forecasting.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Sales to translate and validate sales plans into demand plans.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze sales trends to proactively identify issues and propose improvements in conjunction with Sales team.

\xc2\xb7 Understand product lifecycle, from new launch to rationalization, and forecast accordingly.

\xc2\xb7 Provide other functional areas with key demand information.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for ad-hoc analysis.

Qualifications

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations/Manufacturing or related discipline.

\xc2\xb7 5 years of progressive and successful Supply Chain experience, Demand Planning or Forecasting role preferably for a manufacturing company.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in statistical forecasting / Demand Planning is a must.

\xc2\xb7 Prior experience leading CPFR meetings with external customers

\xc2\xb7 Prior experience in other areas of supply chain planning or inventory management would be an asset.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with six sigma methodologies, concepts, and tools would be an asset.

Skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of Supply Chain Principles including flow of materials and information.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical skills - proficient at analyzing large amounts of information and drawing fact-based insights quickly with a high degree of accuracy.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to analyze and solve problems, results oriented.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively manage complexity and work within a fast paced, dynamic environment.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent relationship building and communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Strong self-initiative to work independently and to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of collaborating successfully with internal and external stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and act with a strong sense of urgency.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent computer skills (MS Office).

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Logility and Power BI is an asset.

\xc2\xb7 Enrollment or completion of APICS CPIM/CSCP certification would be considered an asset.
