Work with international suppliers and third-party logistics partners to coordinate purchase orders, shipments, and timelines
Oversee logistics and inventory execution within provincial liquor board frameworks (experience preferred, not required)
Serve as a calm, trusted point of contact when things don't go to plan--communicating delays, changes, or constraints with confidence and professionalism
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on pricing, promotions, packaging, annual supplier planning, and business insights
Play a key role in forecasting reviews, inventory outlooks, and supplier business reviews
Participate in in-office tastings, planning sessions, and strategic discussions as a core voice at the table

Experience working with or alongside liquor boards is ideal, but not mandatory
A steady, adaptable communication style--able to deliver difficult messages clearly and calmly
Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to inform decisions and push back constructively
Ability to build credibility with sales leaders and act as a right-hand partner on demand planning and inventory strategy
