Company Description Essential Europe Travel is a Travel Agency / Tour Operator specializing in high-end and personalized travel throughout Europe for US clients. Mission We are looking for Luxury Travel Coordinators to manage the organization of itineraries (Hotels, activities, transport) for American clients. Functional English and a good sense of detail and organization are the minimum prerequisites for the position. Tasks and activities As Deluxe Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for: 1. Manage bookings for custom packages sold booking hotels, transfers, excursions, rail and domestic flights. 2. Prepare individual documents for each service and a final itinerary 30 days before the client\'s departure. 3. Answer questions asked by travel agents regarding their clients\' travel and documents. 4.
