Kitchen Steward

What you will be doing:

Operating dishwashers efficiently Washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware Keeping working areas clean Cleaning and sanitizing dishwasher mats, dish carts, and dish racks Safely handling and storing cleaning products General dish area maintenance which includes sweeping, mopping, organization and removal of garbage and compost Helping in the kitchen when needed Other duties or responsibilities as assigned

The person we are looking for has:

Previous experience working in a dishwasher role or similar environment an asset Strong attention to detail The ability to take direction and remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment Organizational skills and an ability to multi-task Able to spend 100% of the time standing The ability to handle heavy lifting up 50 lbs
