Truck Driver



Description / Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ensure a good customer experience Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks Assist on deliveries Ensure and participate in the maintenance of your department Be aware of current promotions and flyers Develop a basic knowledge of all the departments in the store Comply with policies and procedures regarding loss prevention, breakage of goods and health and safety Physically active job in possibly inclement weather conditions (cold in winter/hot in summer) Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications

Class 3 license with Air Brake Endorsement considered an asset. Trained for forklift (or willing to be trained) Available to work weekends Willing to become knowledgeable about building supplies Must have a clean driver abstract Minimum 1-3 years experience of truck driving Ability to work independently Physically fit, ability to lift heavy objects Team player with safe working habits This person will be required to deliver product to jobsites in a timely manner Assist in the loading and unloading of products and general yard duties
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
