The Delivery Truck Driver / Warehouse Worker is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods to respective store locations, as well as assisting in daily warehouse operations. This dual-role position ensures products are accurately received, stored, and delivered while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities Delivery Duties
Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic and company regulations.
Load, transport, and deliver products to respective store location in a timely and professional manner.
Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the warehouse and upon delivery.
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
Warehouse Duties
Assist with receiving, unloading, and checking incoming shipments.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Participate in regular inventory counts and stock rotation.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Class 5 or equivalent; Class 3 an asset).
Experienced in driving 3 ton truck or bigger
Proven experience in delivery driving, warehousing, or logistics.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift.
Strong time management and communication skills.
Forklift certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain).
Working Conditions
Split between warehouse and road duties (typically 60/40 or as needed).
Early morning shifts and occasional overtime or weekend work may be required.
Exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
