Audi Downtown Vancouver is currently looking to fill a position of a Delivery Specialist.

As a Delivery Specialist your goal is to create a customer centered experience that goes above and beyond when delivering purchased vehicles at the dealership and looking after the process from sales to customer.

Your contribution:

• Perform delivery paperwork.
• Coordinate with Finance office and arrange deliveries.
• Explaining features and benefits of vehicle to customer at time of delivery.
• Inspect vehicles prior to delivery.
• Arranging accessories with Parts Department/Customers.
• Offering re-delivery with customers.
• Follow up after delivery is completed to ensure no questions have arisen.
• Maintain and achieves the sales and guest satisfaction objectives set by management.
• Be enthusiastic & knowledgeable about the brand.

All successful applicants must possess the following qualities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be extremely organized.
• Pay close attention to detail.
• Be self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Previous Automotive Experience.
