Audi Downtown Vancouver is currently looking to fill the position of Delivery Specialist.
As a Delivery Specialist your goal is to create a customer centered experience that goes above and beyond when delivering purchased vehicles at the dealership and looking after the process from sales to customer.
Your contribution:
- Perform delivery paperwork
- Coordinate with Finance office and arrange deliveries
- Explaining features and benefits of vehicle to customer at time of delivery
- Inspect vehicles prior to delivery
- Arranging accessories with Parts Department/Customers
- Offering re-delivery with customers
- Follow up after delivery is completed to ensure no questions have arisen
- Maintain and achieves the sales and guest satisfaction objectives set by management
- Be enthusiastic & knowledgeable about the brand
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be extremely organized
- Pay close attention to detail
- Be self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Previous Automotive Experience
