The Delivery Specialist plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a seamless and positive vehicle delivery experience. The specialist works closely with the sales team, preparing vehicles for delivery, educating customers on vehicle features, and handling any post-sale inquiries. The goal is to create a memorable and stress-free handover for customers purchasing new or pre-owned vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:



Collaboration with Sales Team:


Work closely with the sales team to coordinate delivery times and customer preferences. Assist in vehicle customization requests and special delivery needs.

Vehicle Preparation:


Prepare vehicles for delivery by conducting interior/exterior inspections, ensuring all necessary paperwork and registrations are completed, and confirming the vehicle meets quality standards.

Customer Handover:


Coordinate and facilitate the delivery process, including introducing customers to their new vehicle, explaining key features, and providing in-depth training on technology (e.g., infotainment systems, safety features, and apps).

Technology Setup:


Assist customers with setting up in-car technologies like Bluetooth, navigation systems, and mobile applications. Offer troubleshooting support if necessary.

Customer Service:


Serve as the main point of contact during the delivery process, addressing any questions or concerns. Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and resolve any additional queries.

Post-Delivery Support:


Provide follow-up support to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase, including scheduling any necessary service appointments or answering additional questions about their vehicle.

Patient individuals who are able to communicate in non-technical terms with customers who may have very little technical knowledge. Confident people with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills who thrive on creating positive experiences for customers.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred). Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, technical customer support and/or consumer electronic experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfort in interacting with clients via phone and in-person. Record of Conduct and a valid driver's license with a Driver's Abstract required.

Pay: $47,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
