Delivery & Retail Roadie!

Hours:

30 hours per week (with increased hours during holiday seasons like Christmas, Valentine's day, Easter, and Mother's Day)

Wage:

$15.65/hour

Schedule:

11:00am-5:00pm Tuesday - Friday and 9:30am-4:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Delivery & Retail Roadie to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our Hanson Roadies receive the best possible service, both in-store and during deliveries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our flower shop and the satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliveries:

Safely and efficiently deliver flowers, plants, and other products within Fredericton and the surrounding areas, four days per week.

Customer Service:

Operate the cash register, assist customers with their purchases, and provide excellent customer service.

Retail Support:

Assist with restocking shelves, cleaning the store, and maintaining an inviting retail environment.

Flower Bar Support:

Assist with setting up, maintaining, and taking down the flower bar. Ensure that the flower bar is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Flower Processing:

Help with processing flower shipments upon arrival, including unpacking, trimming, and preparing flowers for display and sale.

Store & Studio Maintenance:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower studio and all associated equipment, ensuring that the workspace is tidy and functional.

Qualifications:

Driver's License & Navigation:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Familiarity and comfort with navigating Fredericton and the surrounding areas.

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable with learning and using various apps and technology to enhance efficiency and customer service.

Retail Experience:

Prior experience in retail or hospitality is highly valued.

Houseplant Knowledge:

Knowledge of houseplants is a significant asset.

Multitasking & Adaptability:

Ability to multitask effectively and follow instructions promptly, even in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail :

A strong attention to detail in all tasks.

Customer Service:

Strong customer service skills with a genuine enjoyment of connecting with customers and making them feel like part of our flower family.
