Job Overview
Goulding's Wholesale is seeking a hardworking and reliable
Delivery Helper
to join our delivery team. You'll ride along with our Truck Drivers to help load, unload, and deliver orders to customers throughout Newfoundland. This is a hands-on role that keeps you active and part of a close-knit team making sure our customers get the products they need on time.Responsibilities
Assist the Driver with loading and unloading product safely and efficiently. Deliver product to customer locations and verify accuracy of orders. Handle products carefully to avoid damage in transit and during delivery. Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the delivery truck. Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and coworkers. Follow all workplace and safety procedures. Perform other related duties as needed to support the delivery team.
Qualifications
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Physically able to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly during the day. Positive attitude and strong work ethic -- a team player who takes pride in doing a good job. Good communication and customer service skills. No experience required -- training provided. Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation to and from work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
