Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Delivery / Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves a combination of warehouse duties and delivery responsibilities, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and delivered to customers in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and warehouse. Move products throughout the warehouse, ensuring proper organization and storage. Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding delivery schedules and product availability. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Perform routine maintenance checks on delivery vehicles to ensure safe operation.

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job. Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics. Valid "G" Licence and clean driving record. Knowledge of the Ottawa and surrounding areas. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
