Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Delivery / Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves both warehouse duties and delivery tasks, requiring a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling heavy lifting, moving products, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

Load and unload delivery vehicles with care to prevent damage to goods. Perform heavy lifting and moving of items as required by operational needs. Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company standards. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations. Assist in general warehouse duties such as organizing stock, cleaning work areas, and conducting inventory checks. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately.

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving responsibilities. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols is a plus. Forklift certification is desirable; training may be provided for qualified candidates. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. Proficiency in operating order pickers and other warehouse equipment is desirable.
