We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our flooring installation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various jobsites while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation of any issues encountered during transport. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate loading and unloading processes efficiently. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Experience

Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is a plus. Experience operating forklifts is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. A valid class 5 driver's license is required for this position.
