Job Description

We are currently accepting applications at our Wainwright location, for a Full-Time Delivery Driver/Freight Assistant.You will be outgoing and personable, and able to communicate with our customers at all levels. Must be fluent in English, and have great attention to detail. Must have valid class 5 drivers license, and able to be insured in the Province of Alberta.You must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance, and able to navigate roads and streets in all weather conditions, in a safe and responsible manner. When not delivering, other tasks will be required to assist with receiving freight and inventory. Some janitorial duties will be required in specified areas. Delivery is primarily within the Town of Wainwright and immediate surrounding area, but occasional short trips to rural areas may be required.This position is Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM, 40 hours per week. Lunch break provided. Benefits are available after a waiting period for the successful applicant.This position is to start as soon as possible.
