We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, customer service, and logistics. Duties

Move and organize products within the warehouse efficiently and safely. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to transport goods. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and order fulfillment. Perform heavy lifting tasks as necessary, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards. Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and product placement.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to operate forklifts; certification is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and customers. Capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift. Valid commercial driving license is an advantage for potential driving duties. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and efficiency in task completion.
