Job Description

Atlantic owned and operated industrial supply company looking for permanent full time Delivery Driver for our St. John's location serving the St. John's metro area.

The successful candidate will report to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for:

- local deliveries of customer orders:

- pick-ups of products as required;

- pick-up and delivery of customer snowblowers and tractors for repair;

- preparation of all outgoing packages for delivery;

- completion of all required paperwork required for delivery of materials;

- final inspection to ensure all shipments are correct for customer including correct product, quantities and description of goods;

- other general warehouse duties such as:

- performing incoming inspections of shipments for accuracy;

- putting away warehouse stock as required;

- other duties as required by management.

Successful candidate must meet the below criteria:

- Class 5 Valid Driver's License required
- Clean driving record is required
- Forklift experience/license an asset
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Must be current or new resident of Newfoundland to apply

Company truck is provided for function of duties during work hours.
Position involves heavy lifting and moving of product with aid of appropriate warehouse equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
