Job Description

An Edible Arrangements delivery driver is primarily responsible for accurately and efficiently delivering arrangements to customers in a timely and courteous manner. This involves safely operating the delivery vehicle, loading and unloading arrangements, planning delivery routes, and interacting with customers. Delivery:

Accurately deliver Edible Arrangements products to customers, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition and on time.

Vehicle Operation:

Safely operate the delivery vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Loading/Unloading:

Load and unload arrangements, ensuring they are secure and protected during transport.

Route Planning:

Plan efficient delivery routes, utilizing maps, GPS, or other tools.

Customer Interaction:

Provide excellent customer service, address any concerns, and ensure a positive delivery experience.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any relevant information.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and safe for operation.

Product Knowledge:

Understand the products being delivered and be able to answer basic customer questions.
