Job Description

An Edible Arrangements delivery driver is primarily responsible for accurately and efficiently delivering arrangements to customers in a timely and courteous manner. This involves safely operating the delivery vehicle, loading and unloading arrangements, planning delivery routes, and interacting with customers. Drivers also maintain the cleanliness and safety of their vehicles and may assist with other in-store tasks. Here's a more detailed breakdown of the typical responsibilities:Core Responsibilities:

Delivery:

Accurately deliver Edible Arrangements products to customers, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition and on time.

Vehicle Operation:

Safely operate the delivery vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Loading/Unloading:

Load and unload arrangements, ensuring they are secure and protected during transport.

Route Planning:

Plan efficient delivery routes, utilizing maps, GPS, or other tools.

Customer Interaction:

Provide excellent customer service, address any concerns, and ensure a positive delivery experience.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any relevant information.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and safe for operation.

Product Knowledge:

Understand the products being delivered and be able to answer basic customer questions.
