Inland Industrial Supply Ltd. is a wholesale distributor providing a wide range of safety tools and job site consumables with exceptional service to the industrial construction and fabrication markets. We are looking for an energetic and reliable individual to join our team as a

Delivery Driver

at our main office in Edmonton.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the warehouse team to fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery and pickup of goods. This role also includes responsibilities such as order picking, shelf stocking, and general warehouse maintenance. Key duties include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

Pick up and delivery within the City of Edmonton area or nearby locations such as Sherwood Park, Leduc, or Acheson

Performs daily routine vehicle inspection

Records delivery information and follow the established paperwork flow

Offloading delivery trucks and ensuring accuracy of goods received

Pick and pack sales orders for shipping

Build and wrap orders before loading onto trucks

Check inbound goods from vendors

Conducts a clean and safe work environment

Assists other departments when required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to operate any vehicle or equipment necessary to perform job.

Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with others.

Ability to follow instructions and work under limited supervision

Ability to work independently and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail with the drive to meet tight deadlines

High sense of urgency with respect to customer service

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Must have a valid class 5 driver's license and clean driver's abstract

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a delivery driver

Experienced working at the Warehouse would be an asset

Must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment
