Steamworks Brewery seeking a dedicated Lead Delivery Driver to join our team at our Burnaby warehouse facility. This role is vital to our operations, ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional service that aligns with our mission of innovation and quality.

Responsibilities

Organizing the delivery drivers and routes Training and coaching delivery drivers Maintaining delivery vehicles Working with Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction Working with Order Desk to increase order accuracy Operating all company vehicles in compliance with Steamworks' Policy Delivering product to our customers and liquor stores Collecting empty kegs Keeping a clean work environment and maintaining clean work vehicles

Qualifications

Clean & Valid Class 5 Drivers License Experience driving a 3 & 5 ton truck Leadership skills Passion for Craft Beer Ability to lift 50 -100+ lbs on a regular basis Valid Passport (an asset - for USA deliveries only) Airbrakes Certification (an asset) Fork Lift Experience (an asset) Ability to work well with others Positive attitude Good knowledge of getting around the Lower Mainland
