Description of Role:

Key responsibility is to provide the highest quality of customer service to all Railway City customers. Conduct all functions related to billing, packaging, answering customer inquiries, stocking and inventory management. A key liaison with on-premise accounts in the local market, including delivery regions. Production support as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for following the delivery schedule and providing a high-quality service to key licensee accounts. Responsible for greeting and interacting with customers; providing superior customer service Provide product knowledge to assist in the sale of Railway City products Answer customer inquiries in person Weekly keg deliveries to restaurants. Must be able to lift up to 100lbs. Upkeep of company vehicle including, but not limited to, cleaning, and fueling Work a flexible schedule as required, including evening and weekend hours

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum High School diploma Must have a G class license and clean driving record to operate a company vehicle. Ability to work alone and as a team player Must be comfortable with some heavy lifting up to 100lbs Must be flexible and able to work outside of normal scheduled shifts
Hours: 30-44hrs / week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour
