Senior Production Manager, Operations Manager and COO
Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for providing delivery driving responsibilities, including safe and timely transportation of goods and representing the company in customer interactions delivering excellent customer service.
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
1. Safely operate company vehicles to pick-up and deliver goods to B2B customers in a timely manner.
2. Represent the company professionally during customer interactions, providing excellent service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
3. Coordinate with office, shipping, and production staff to prioritize delivery schedules and ensure efficient route planning.
4. Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety regulations.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, including interior and exterior cleaning.
6. Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, such as refueling, oil changes, and tire checks, and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and servicing.
7. Keep accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, receipts, and delivery notes.
8. Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving and conducting pick-ups and deliveries.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
